Every dashboard you have ever been shown had a number on it that nobody could vouch for. This one has a rule against that. If we did not measure something, the page says so instead of printing a zero, and it tells you how much of the period it actually covered. A call counts as booked only when the booking system says the word itself. A blank is never quietly turned into a no.
